I wouldnt say I cant live without U coz everyone gets on with life with time. Nor would I say U r the only one I ever loved coz then I would be lying. But I would surely say I never even dreamt that I would ever come across someone like 'U'. Come what may, I'll remember U all my life. U'll always be somewhere in my thoughts. . .

"Friends Forever" U promised,
"Together till the end",
We did everything with each other,
U were my BEST Friend.

When I was sad, U were by my side,
When I was scared, U felt my fear,
"U" were my best support,
If I needed U, U were there.

U were the greatest friend,
U always knew what to say,
U made everything seem better,
As long as we had each other....
Everything was okay.

But somewhere along the line,
We slowly came apart,
I was here, U were there,
It tore a hole in my heart.

Things were changing,
Our cheerful music reversed its tune,
It was like having salt without pepper,
A sun without its moon.

Suddenly U were miles apart,
Two different people with nothing the same,
It was as if we hadnt been friends,
Although we knew deep in our hearts....
Neither of us was to blame.

U had made many new friends,
And luckily so had I,
But that didnt change the hurt,
The loss of our friendship made me cry.

As we grow, things must change,
But they dont always have to and,
Even though it is different now,
U will always be MY FRIEND....

I Said A Prayer For You Today..

I said a prayer for you today

And know God must have heard.

I felt the answer in my heart

Although He spoke not a word.

I didn't ask for wealth or fame

I knew you wouldn't mind.

I asked for priceless treasure rare

Of a more lasting kind.

I prayed that He'd be near you

At the start of each new day

To grant you health and blessings fair,

And friends to share your way.

But that you'd know his loving care

Life is a GAME

"Life is a game of inches so is Football.....bcoz in either game, Life or football...the margin for error is so small....I mean....one half a step too late or too early...and u don't quite make it.......one half a second too slow too fast ...you don't quite catch it.....

the inches we need are everywhere around us.....every break of the game..every minute ..every second.....and in this team we fight for that inch...in this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch....we claw with our fingernails for that inch........

Bcoz we know when we add up all those inches ...that gonna make up the difference between WINNING & LOSING.....Between LIVING & DYING....."

Speechless...

Each year he sent her roses, & the note would always say,
I love U even more this year, than last year on this day.
My love for U will always grow.... with every passing year."

She knew this was the last time, that the roses would appear.
She thought, he ordered roses in advance before this day.
Her loving husband did not know, that he would pass away.

He always liked to do things early, way before the time.
Then, if he got too busy, everything would work out fine.

She trimmed the stems & placed them in a very special vase.
Then, sat the vase beside the portrait of his smiling face.

She would sit for hours, In her husband's favorite chair.
While staring at his picture, & the roses sitting there.

A year went by, & it was to live without her mate.
With loneliness & solitude, that had become her fate.

Then, the very hour, the doorbell rang,

& there were roses sitting by her door.

She brought the roses in, & then just looked at them in shock.
Then, went to get the telephone, to call the florist shop.

the owner answered, & she asked him, if he would explain,
Why would someone would do this to her, causing her such pain?

"I know Ur husband passed away, more than a year ago,"
The owner said, "I knew U'd call, & U would want to know.
The flowers U received today, were paid for in advance.
Ur husband always planned ahead, he left nothing to chance.
There is a standing order, that I have on file down here,
& he has paid, well in advance, U'll get them every year.

There also is another thing, that I think U should know,
He wrote a special little card...he did this years ago.
Then, should ever I find out that he's no longer here, that's the card
that should be sent to U the following year."

She thanked him & hung up the phone, her tears now flowing hard.
Her fingers shaking, as she slowly reached to get the card.

Inside the card, she saw that he had written her a note.
Then, as she stared in total silence, this is what he wrote...

"Hello my love, I know it's been a year since I've been gone.
I hope it hasn't been too hard for U to overcome.
I know it must be lonely, & the pain is very real.

Or if it was the other way, I know how I would feel.
The love we shared made everything so beautiful in life.
I loved U more than words can say, U were the perfect wife.
U were my friend & lover, U fulfilled my every need.
I know it's only been a year, but please try not to grieve.

I want U to be happy, even when U shed Ur tears.
That is why the roses will be sent to U.....for years.
When U get these roses, think of all the happiness that we had together,
& how both of us were blessed.
I have always loved U & I know I always will.
But, my love, U must go on, U have some living still.

Please...try to find happiness, while living out Ur days.
I know it is not easy, but I hope U find some ways.

they will come every year, & they will only stop,
When Ur door's not answered, when the florist stops to knock.
He will come five times that day, in case U have gone out.
But after his last visit, he will know without a doubt!
To take the roses to the place, where I've instructed him
& place the roses where we are, together once again.

Look through my eyes, life is beautiful
If you search, happiness is still plentiful.

Life isn’t all about making money
Gaining trust is what you should seek on this journey.

Footprints of God

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the
Lord about it.

"Lord, You said that once I decided to follow You, You'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why when I needed You most You would leave me."

The Lord replied, "My son, My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

A Nice Lesson..!

Once a boy went to a shop with his mother. The shop keeper looked at the small cute child and showed him a bottle with sweets

and said 'Dear Child..u can take the sweets...
But the child didnt take. The shop keeper was surprised.. such a small child he is and why is he not taking the sweets from the bottle. Again he said take the sweets....
Now the mother also heard that and said.. take the sweets dear.. Yet he didnt take... The shopkeeper seeing the child not taking the sweets... he himself took the sweets and gave to the child. The child was happy to get two hands full of sweets.


While returning home the Mother asked the child... Why didnt you take the sweets, when the shop keeper told you to take?..
Can you guess the response:
Child replies... Mom! my hands are very small and if i take the sweets i can only take few.. but now you see when uncle gave with his big hands.... how many more sweets i got!


Moral:
When we take we may get little but when God gives... HE gives us more beyond our expectations. ...
more than what we can hold..!!
